ZPD26-0008 - UPRR Canyon Falls Communication Tower - Public Hearing to consider an ordinance for rezoning (ZPD26-0008 – UPRR Canyon Falls Communication Tower) from Agricultural District uses to Planned Development District No. 213 (PD-213) with Agricultural uses to allow development of a communication tower and with certain exceptions, waivers and modifications to the Code of Ordinances. The property is generally located south of Canyon Falls Drive and west of Highway 377.
