MPA26-0002, MPA26-0003, and ZPD26-0004 - Flower Mound Center - A Work Session in conjunction with a future Public Hearing for a Master Plan Amendment (MPA26-0002 – Flower Mound Center Thoroughfare Plan) to remove an Urban Collector; a Master Plan Amendment (MPA26-0003 – Flower Mound Center) from Low Density Residential, Retail, and Office uses to Retail; and rezoning (ZPD26-0004 – Flower Mound Center) from Planned Development No. 141 (PD-141) with Retail-2 (R-2), Office (O), and Agricultural (A) to Planned Development District No. 209 (PD-209) with Retail-2 (R-2) uses, with certain exceptions, modifications, and waivers to the Code of Ordinances. The property is generally located south of Waketon Road and west of Long Prairie Road.
