SOME OF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH US AND SOME MAYBE NOT SO MUCH. I'LL DO A MIX OF INTRODUCTION OF THE AGENCY, BUT ALSO AN UPDATE SINCE I WAS LAST HERE, WHICH HAS NOW BEEN A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO NEED A LITTLE BIT OF AN INTRODUCTION TO US, WE ARE YOUR E-EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT CREATED BY THE VOTERS OF OUR DISTRICT IN 1987 FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PUTTING IN THE EMERGENCY NUMBER SYSTEM AND THEN CONTINUING TO OPERATE. THERE HAVE BEEN LOTS OF EVOLUTION OVER THE LAST 35 YEARS. THE SYSTEM ACTUALLY WENT LIVE IN 1990. OUR MISSION IS TO SIMPLY KEEP THIS SYSTEM OPERATING AND SERVING THE CITIZENS WITH ALL OF THE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES THAT COME OUT SO THAT EVERY CITIZEN AND VISITOR TO OUR DISTRICT CAN CALL 911 AND GET THE EMERGENCY HELP THAT'S NEEDED IN TIME OF CRISIS. OUR BOARD OF MANAGERS, THESE GENTLEMEN, ARE VERY DEDICATED TO NOT JUST EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, BUT PUBLIC SAFETY AND GOOD GOVERNMENT. I'LL QUICKLY INTRODUCE THEM. WE SUPPORT NINE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION CENTERS IN OUR DISTRICT. SEVEN OF THOSE ARE PRIMARY CENTERS OR CENTERS THAT RECEIVE 911 CALLS DIRECTLY FROM THE PUBLIC AND THEN THE TWO UNIVERSITIES. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOT OF THINGS THROUGHOUT THAT ENTIRE ECOSYSTEM, AND WITH YOUR PERMISSION, WE HAVE A BRAND NEW VIDEO THAT I'D LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU, WHICH GIVES YOU A GOOD OVERVIEW OF DENCO. WITH THE HELP OF 911, THEY GUIDED ME TO DRAG HIM ONTO THE GROUND, BEGIN CPR AND ACTUALLY WALKED ME THROUGH HOW TO DO CPR. WHEN IT COMES TO CARDIAC ARREST OR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, SO MANY THINGS HAVE TO GO RIGHT FOR A LIFE TO BE SAVED, AND ALL OF THAT STARTS WITH A 911 CALL. I JUST CAN'T SPEAK ENOUGH TO HOW CRITICAL THAT WAS TO HAVING JOHN HERE WITH US TODAY. >> WE SEE OUR OFFICERS FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT AND PROVIDE THAT HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TRULY HEROES. I'D NEVER HAD A CALL LIKE THAT, BUT I JUST TOOK A DEEP BREATH AND RELIED ON MY TRAINING AND WENT THROUGH THE EMD INSTRUCTIONS FOR CPR ON AN INFANT BECAUSE SHE HAD SAID THAT THE BABY WAS COLD AND BLUE. SOMEBODY WAS ACTUALLY LISTENING AND THAT BABY ENDED UP SURVIVING BECAUSE OF THAT. >> DENCO 911 IS A LIFESAVING LINK BETWEEN EVERY EMERGENCY IN DENTON COUNTY, AND THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM WHO SHOWS UP TO HELP. IT'S PROVIDED BY TELEPHONE COMPANIES AND OUR VENDOR AND OUR EQUIPMENT VENDOR AND OUR SELECTIVE ROUTING VENDOR, WHOSE HEADQUARTERS ARE IN COLORADO AND THEY HAVE THEIR MAJOR SWITCHING CENTERS AND ONE IN COLORADO AND ONE IN MIAMI. IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN, YOUR FACILITY HERE, YOUR PERSONNEL COULD MOVE TO THAT FACILITY AND WITHIN 60 SECONDS OF WALKING IN THE DOOR, BE TAKING 911 CALLS AND DISPATCHING. MAYBE A LITTLE MORE THAN THAT. THROUGH THE VARIOUS GRANT PROGRAMS THAT WERE SET UP. THERE WAS REALLY NO APPETITE IN AUSTIN FOR A FEE INCREASE, WHICH I UNDERSTAND. HOWEVER, THIS IS CRITICAL SERVICES, AND COSTS ARE JUST BALLOONING, BUT THEY WERE WILLING TO SHARE SOME OF THE STATE SURPLUS IN A GRANT PROGRAM. THE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS IT'S NOT SUSTAINABLE REVENUE. I WANT TO START WITH THE MISSION STATEMENT FOR OUR DEPARTMENT, AND YOU CAN SEE OUR HIGHLIGHT: ENHANCED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR RESIDENTS. THAT'S REALLY THE DESIRED OUTCOME THAT WE WANT TO DO WHEN WE'RE PLANNING EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE IN THE PROGRAMS AND THE FACILITIES THAT WE HAVE. IT COINCIDES WITH OUR STRATEGIC GOALS WITH THE TOWN, WHICH IS A SUPERIOR QUALITY OF LIFE. YOU'RE GOING TO SEE, AS WE GO THROUGH THESE SLIDES, THE WAYS THAT WE'RE MEETING THIS MISSION STATEMENT. LOTS OF DIFFERENT YOUTH SPORTS GROUPS THAT UTILIZE OUR ATHLETIC COMPLEXES EVERY DAY. WE GOT PEOPLE THAT RENT THOSE COMPLEXES, PAVILIONS, PARKS, LOTS AND LOTS OF PARKS. WE'VE GOT THE DIFFERENT FACILITIES WITH TWIN COVES, SENIOR, CAC, AND THEN THE 58 PARKS THAT WE HAVE. YOU THINK ABOUT THAT FOR OVER A YEAR, HOW MANY VISITS DO WE HAVE TO ALL THOSE FACILITIES? HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMING TO OUR PARKS AND SYSTEM? JUST HERE IN FLOWER MOUND WITH 82,000 PEOPLE. I BET YOU IT'S WELL OVER A MILLION AND A HALF DIFFERENT VISITS. IF YOU START ADDING THAT ALL UP AND THINKING ABOUT IT, THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ON OUR FIELDS AND IN OUR FACILITIES AND IN OUR PARKS, RUNNING ON OUR TRAILS, WALKING ON OUR TRAILS. IT'S REALLY COOL. THERE'S A LOT OF FOLKS COMING THROUGH OUR SYSTEM. JUST SOME OF OUR CORE FUNCTIONS AS THE DEPARTMENT AS A WHOLE. OBVIOUSLY, WE'RE HEAVILY INVOLVED IN THE PARK PLANNING. THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE, CLAYTON AND HIS CREW. BIG CREW, WE'LL GO AS WE'VE GONE THROUGH THE SLIDES. I'LL TALK ABOUT THE NUMBER OF STAFF IN EACH DIVISION OF OUR DEPARTMENT, AND SOME OF THE COOL PROGRAMS THAT WE'RE DOING AND THINGS THAT WE SUPPORT. BUT RECREATION AND CULTURAL PROGRAMMING IS A BIG ASPECT. FACILITY MANAGEMENT, LOTS OF FACILITIES WITH THE DIFFERENT ONES I JUST MENTIONED, WITH TWIN COVES, SENIOR CENTER, CAC, AS WELL AS THE ATHLETIC COMPLEXES. BUDGET AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. THAT'S KEY AND IMPORTANT. WE NEED TO MAKE SURE WE'RE BEING GOOD STEWARDS, SO THE TAXPAYERS DOLLARS, WE NEED TO MAKE SURE WE'RE MONITORING OUR BUDGET. IN POLICY AND REGULATION ENFORCEMENT, THAT'S KEY, AS WE HAVE NEW PARKS COME ON LIKE TWIN COVES PARK, WE HAVE TO DEVELOP POLICIES, BRING IT THROUGH YOU GUYS, ADOPT THEM BY ORDINANCE. WE WANT TO HEAR FROM THEM, AND WHEN WE'RE DOING PLANNING, LIKE MASTER PLANNINGS FOR PARKS, OVERALL MASTER PLANS, FEASIBILITY STUDIES, THINGS LIKE THAT. THERE'S ALWAYS COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT INVOLVED. WE'RE DOING REALLY GOOD. I THINK THAT MEANS THAT OUR RESIDENTS KEEP TELLING US WE WANT THIS, WE WANT THESE THINGS, WE WANT MORE OF THEM, AND WE'RE ABLE TO GIVE THEM THAT. IT ALSO HELPS THAT WE HAVE 45 SQUARE ACRES. I'M SAYING THAT WRONG, 45 SQUARE MILES OF SPACE HERE IN OUR TOWN TO PUT IN A PARK SYSTEM. WE HAVE 13.5 OF PARK ACRES PER 1,000 RESIDENTS, WHERE YOU LOOK AT THE NATIONAL AVERAGE, IT'S 9.2. IT'S GOOD TO BE HIGH ON THAT ONE. ON THE NEXT ONE, RESIDENTS PER PARK, YOU WANT TO BE THE LOWER NUMBER THERE. WE HAVE 1,425 RESIDENTS PER PARK. WE RELIED ON THE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR OUR FACILITIES [00:45:01] TO HOST CAMP AND ADULT BASKETBALL, AND THINGS LIKE THAT. WE'VE GROWN A LOT, AND OPENING THIS CENTER, IT HAS BECOME OUR RECREATION HUB FOR THE TOWN, AND WE'RE ABLE TO PROVIDE A MUCH MORE DIVERSE OFFERING THAT FOCUSES ON RECREATION, HEALTH, AND WELLNESS, AND AQUATICS ARE SOME OF THE BIG ONES THAT WE'RE ABLE TO DO OUT OF THAT BUILDING. THEN, AS FAR AS STAFFING, WHAT IT TAKES TO STAFF THIS CENTER IS 11 FULL-TIME STAFF, 130 PART-TIME, AND SEASONAL. THEN WE ALSO HAVE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS THAT WE CONTRACT WITH TO TEACH A LOT OF OUR CLASSES, OUR GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES, AND THINGS LIKE THAT. AS YOU CAN SEE, IT'S BROKEN DOWN IN FOUR DIVISIONS THERE AT THE CAC. WE HAVE OUR RECREATION SERVICES, AND THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL OF OUR MEMBER SERVICES, THEIR STAFF, HELP PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK. WE DO A SUMMER SWIM TEAM AS WELL. WE HAVE A SUMMER SWIM TEAM AND A TRACK TEAM WHICH HOSTS 200 PLUS KIDS EVERY YEAR. I'M REALLY PROUD OF OUR AQUATICS DIVISION THIS YEAR. THEY HOSTED OUR GUARD GAMES, AND OUR TEAMS FINISHED FIRST AND SECOND. THESE ARE LOTS OF CITIES THAT CAME AND PARTICIPATED IN THIS, AND WE WOUND UP FINISHING FIRST AND SECOND, AND THEN THEY WERE ABLE TO QUALIFY AND GO TO STATE. DIDN'T GET FIRST AT STATE, BUT I THINK THEY PLAYED PRETTY WELL. OUR JUNIOR GUARDS FINISHED SECOND AND THIRD TOO. REALLY PROUD OF OUR AQUATICS DIVISION. OUR AQUATIC SUPERVISOR WAS RECOGNIZED AS THE PARKS AND RECREATION EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, SO I'M EXCITED FOR HER AND WHAT SHE'S DOING WITH THE POOLS. WE GET LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS FROM PEOPLE THAT FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING THEIR CHILDREN SWIM IN THE POOL. THEY KNOW THE LIFE GUARDS ARE WELL TRAINED AND THEY PAY ATTENTION AND THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. THEN WE HAVE OUR ATHLETICS DIVISION, WHICH MANAGES ALL OF OUR ADULT LEAGUES THAT WE OFFER. THOSE COULD BE ADULT BASKETBALL AND THE ADULT KICKBALL, AS WELL AS ADULT SOFTBALL. THEY ALSO OVERSEE THE TENNIS CONTRACT THAT WE HAVE. THAT PROGRAM HAS DONE AMAZING, OUR BAD DOG TENNIS. THEY ARE COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS TENNIS PRO THAT WE HAD. IT IS AMAZING THE DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU HAVE FOLKS THAT REALLY WANT TO BE THERE AND MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THE PROGRAM. THEIR NUMBERS HAVE JUST SKYROCKETED, AND WE'RE GLAD TO BE PARTNERS WITH THEM. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING ADDITIONAL COURTS AS WELL IN BOTH PARKS TROTTER AND LEONARD AND HELEN JOHNS. THEN THEY SERVE AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE TOWN AND OUR YOUTH SPORTS ASSOCIATIONS THAT WE CONTRACT WITH. WE CONTRACT WITH MULTIPLE YOUTH SPORTS GROUPS THAT HOST SOCCER, BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, FOOTBALL, FLAG FOOTBALL, AND LACROSSE. THEN WE ALSO HAVE BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL. THIS PERSON IS THE MAIN CONTACT FOR THE TOWN AND THEY'LL MEET BEFORE SEASONS, AFTER SEASONS, COORDINATE SCHEDULES. MAKE SURE WE'RE INCLUDING ALL OF OUR PARK STAFF THAT NEED TO BE IN THERE AS WELL BECAUSE THEY'RE PREP IN THE FIELDS FORM. YOU HAVE TO CHIP AWAY THE PLASTER AND THAT'S WHAT THEY DID THIS YEAR. A LOT MORE LABOR INTENSIVE, SO THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT HIGHER, BUT IT WAS A LONG JOB, BUT IT TURNED OUT GREAT AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING OPEN IN TIME. FOR THE SUMMER, WE ALSO DID SOME WATER SLIDE RENOVATIONS AT THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR, AND THEN WE REPLACED ALL THE FILTER MEDIA AND OUR FILTERS. I JUST WANT TO SAY ALL THESE THINGS THAT WERE DONE HERE WITH THE RENOVATION AND EXPANSION. THESE WOULD HAVE HAD TO BE DONE ANYWAY. IT'S NOT LIKE WE'RE SPENDING MONEY TO FIX AND MAINTAIN SOMETHING THAT IN A YEAR OR TWO, WE'RE JUST GOING TO GET RID OF IT. WE PLAN TO KEEP ALL THE THINGS THERE THAT WE MAINTAINED AND THEY WOULD HAVE HAD BEEN REPAIRED OR MAINTAINED ANYWAY. THEN WHEN YOU LOOK ON GOOGLE, WE HAVE 4.5 STARS OUT OF FIVE. WE JUST MOVED HERE AND IT'S BEEN A NICE PLACE FOR MY DAUGHTER TO HANG OUT THIS SUMMER. WE SEE THAT A LOT, ESPECIALLY WITH THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AGE KIDS. NOW WE'LL MOVE ON TO THE SENIOR CENTER AND JUST GIVE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY ABOUT THE SENIOR CENTER. IF YOU DON'T KNOW, IT STARTED 20 YEARS AGO. WE JUST CELEBRATED 20TH ANNIVERSARY LAST FISCAL YEAR, AND THERE WAS A GROUP OF SENIORS THAT MET, TALKED WITH THE MAYOR AT THE TIME, AND WE WERE ABLE TO START IT OUT AT THE FLOWER MOUNT COMMUNITY CHURCH TWO DAYS A WEEK. THEY MET THERE TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. IT CONTINUED TO GROW, BECOME A POPULAR PROGRAM. WHEN WE BUILT THE CAC, THERE WAS A SMALL ROOM WHERE WE DO THE GROUP EXERCISE NOW, ABOUT 1,800 SQUARE FEET. THE PLAN WAS TO MOVE THE PROGRAM OVER THERE. OUTGREW THAT SPACE. THEY DIDN'T LIKE HAVING TO SHARE ROOMS. THEY FELT LIKE WAY IN THE BACK, THEY WERE AN AFTERTHOUGHT. THERE WAS SOME PRESSURE AND THEY MOVED TO THE, WHAT WAS THAT THE OLD POLICE STATION FIRE STATION THAT USED TO BE RIGHT HERE ON THIS CORNER. IT WAS A TEMPORARY SENIOR CENTER AND THE SHIRLEY WARREN SENIOR SOCIAL CENTER, I THINK IS WHAT WE CALLED IT. THEY WERE IN THERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND THEN GOT THE FUNDS, I GUESS THROUGH THE TOURS TO BUILD NEW CENTER THAT THEY'RE IN NOW, THE 23,000 SQUARE FOOT CENTER THAT OPENED IN MAY OF 2015. WE JUST CELEBRATED 10 YEARS AT THAT CENTER. I WILL SAY EACH TIME THAT WE MOVED TO A NEW PLACE, THE NUMBERS KEPT GOING UP. WE'VE ALWAYS HAD GREAT STAFF THERE, BUT WE BUILT THIS NEW ONE AND NOW WE'RE SITTING AT 2,700, ALMOST 2,800 MEMBERSHIPS. I THINK THIS IS WHERE WE ENDED THE FISCAL YEAR. I THINK SOME MONTHS, WE MIGHT HAVE PEAKED A LITTLE BIT OVER 2,800. IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME. THEY DEFINITELY HAVE. I WANT TO THANK JAMIE AND HER TEAM. AT THE SENIOR CENTER, YOU CAN SEE THEIR MISSION STATEMENT THERE. I THINK WE'RE MEETING THAT WITH WHAT WE DO. THEIR CORE FUNCTIONS. THEY WANT TO PROMOTE SOCIAL CONNECTIONS AND REDUCE ISOLATION. THEY CELEBRATE ANY HOLIDAY YOU CAN THINK OF. THEY'RE PROBABLY CELEBRATING IT AND THEY HAVE WONDERFUL CULTURAL EVENTS THAT THEY DO, ESPECIALLY WITH THE HOLI AND DIWALI, WITH THE INDIAN POPULATION HAS GROWN AT THE SENIOR CENTER AS WELL. THEY CELEBRATE BIRTHDAYS EVERY MONTH. WE'VE GOT ONE MEMBER THAT'S 103, EXCITING. OUR MEMBERSHIP RANGES, IT GOES FROM 50 AND UP. YOU CAN SEE ON THIS CHART HERE. OUR WHEEL HOUSE IS THAT 70-79 AGE GROUP. WE ALSO HAVE A HEALTHY MEAL PROGRAM THAT WE DO ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS, AS WELL AS FRIDAY. TUESDAY, AND THURSDAYS, WE WORK AT METROPORT MEALS ON WHEELS, AND THEN ON FRIDAYS, OUR STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS HELP COOK A MEAL THAT THEN IS OFFERED TO OUR SENIORS. BUT THEY DO LOTS OF HEALTH SCREENINGS, FLU SHOTS. THEY HAVE A HEALTH FAIR THAT THEY WORK WITH SIMON, LOTS OF FITNESS CLASSES, WELLNESS EDUCATION. IT'S A GREAT RESOURCE TOO. WE WORK WITH A LOT OF LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES, IF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR ASSISTED LIVING PLACE OR WE HAVE DIFFERENT RESOURCES THAT WE CAN HAND THEM TO HELP THEM OUT AND PEOPLE TO CONTACT IF THEY'D LIKE. IT'S ALSO A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BUILD LIFELONG LEARNING OR LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND SKILL BUILDING WITH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. THEY GO TO ALL KINDS OF TRIPS AND MUSEUMS AND LOCAL THEATERS, YOU NAME IT. THEY'RE GONE THERE AND THEY'RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AND NEW PLACES TO GO. WE DID LOSE ONE OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS THAT HAD A CDL, THE NEW ONE WE HIRED, DIDN'T HAVE IT, AND IT'S A PROCESS TO GET THE CDL LICENSE THESE DAYS, AND IT TAKES SOME TIME. WE WERE VERY LIMITED, A, WITH TRYING TO HIRE SOMEONE AND NOT HAVING THAT THIRD FULL TIME POSITION ON STAFF. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE A FULL TIME PERSON THERE WHEN WE'RE OPEN. WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHO CAN GO ON TRIPS AND WHO CAN. THAT LOWERED THE NUMBER A LITTLE BIT. AS YOU GUYS KNOW, WE DID GET A NEW VAN THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE THE CDL. I CAN SEE THAT NUMBER GOING UP NEXT FISCAL YEAR. YOU CAN SEE THE PROGRAMS OFFERED AND THE LUNCHES SERVED, THE LUNCHES SERVED NUMBERS DROPPED A LITTLE BIT, AND THAT WAS RELATED TO OUR TO GO LUNCH PROGRAM. THOSE VOLUNTEERS ARE MADE UP OF THE YOUNG MEN SERVICE LEAGUE, THE NATIONAL CHARITY LEAGUE. FOCUS ON THE FUTURE, WHICH IS THAT LISD GROUP, YOUNG MEN WITH A COGNITIVE DISABILITIES. THEY COME AND HELP OUT A LOT WITH OUR LUNCHES, AND THEN OF COURSE, SENIOR VOLUNTEERS AS WELL. MOST RECENTLY, WE'VE BOUGHT NEW POOL TABLES, PROJECTOR SCREENS. I KNOW THEY HELPED CONTRIBUTE SOME MONEY TO NOT THE NEW BUS THAT WE JUST GOT, BUT I THINK THE BUS BEFORE THAT. WE GOT THE LEASE FROM THE CORE, AND WE WERE ABLE TO SPEND I THINK WE SPENT AROUND 400 OR 500,000 TO GO IN, GET IT SAFE, CLEAN IT UP, WE ADDED A RESTROOM BUILDING. WE ALSO GOT A BOAT RAMP GRANT, SO WE WERE ABLE TO IMPROVE THE BOAT RAMP AT THE PARK, AND IT WAS OPEN FOR A DAY USE PARK FOR SEVERAL YEARS BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO START THE CONSTRUCTION ON PHASE 1. THAT PHASE 1 OPENED UP IN 2017, AS YOU GUYS MAY OR MAY NOT KNOW. HOPEFULLY YOU'VE ALL BEEN THERE, BUT THE PHASE 1 WAS 19 RENTABLE CABINS PLUS WE HAVE A CABIN FOR OUR OFFICE SPACE. WE HAVE 22, I BELIEVE RV SPOTS AND THEN THAT WE ADDED, AND WE HAVE SIX PRIMITIVE SPOTS AS WELL. WE DID SOME IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE ROAD AND IT'S JUST BEEN AMAZING ADDITION. THE COURTESY DOCK AT THE BOAT RAMP HAS BEEN TOTALLY REBUILT ALL THE WOOD ON IT. THE ACCESS GATES ARE NEW. WE GOT RID OF OUR OLD ACCESS GATES. THEY WERE A PAIN. WE'VE ALSO UPGRADED THE VENTEX SYSTEM THERE, SO NOW YOU CAN DO TAP TO PAY. IT'S ALSO PCI COMPLIANT, AND THEY'RE ALSO AWARD WINNING AS WELL, AND WE WON A MAINTENANCE AWARD FOR THAT ONE. THEY DO FILL UP SUPER FAST. OTHER AREAS, THERE ARE SOME AREAS WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE SPORTS AND FILMS THAT WE HAVE, THEY ARE ALWAYS ASKING FOR MORE. WHEN WE LOOK AT THE CAC, A LOT OF WHAT WE'RE ADDING THERE IS BECAUSE OF CAPACITY ISSUES LIKE WITH THE GROUP EXERCISE, EVERYONE COME EXERCISE AT THE SAME TIME, BUT THEY DON'T NECESSARILY WANT TO DO THE ONE CLASS THAT'S THERE, WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO MULTIPLE CLASSES AT THOSE POPULAR TIMES. WE'RE MAXED OUT WITH JUST THE ONE ROOM. DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE THAT. I THINK WE'RE ADDRESSING A LOT OF THOSE WITH THE CAC. THEN ONCE WE GET THAT ATHLETIC COMPLEX OUT WEST BUILT, THAT WILL HELP ADDRESS A LOT OF THE SPORTS FIELD DEFICIT THAT WE HAVE. >> IF THERE'S OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTNER WITH LIKE LISD TO GET SPACE OVER THE SUMMER? >> WE DO UTILIZE THEIR TRACK FOR OUR TRACK PROGRAM.
