REGULAR ITEMS 2. Exception request for the Wellington of Flower Mound Phase 8 and a portion of the Wellington of Flower Mound Phase 9 Subdivisions to allow for a permanent speed limit change to 25 mph for areas outside of the ¼ mile boundary of a school or major construction.
