Consent Agenda Item 1 This agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items and may be approved with a single motion. A member of the Environmental Conservation Commission may request an item(s) be withdrawn from the consent agenda and moved to regular agenda for discussion by making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Agenda. 1. Consider an application for a tree removal permit for the removal of one (1) specimen tree on property proposed for development as KLA Daycare. The property is generally located east of Bridlewood Boulevard and north of West Windsor Drive.
Consider an application for a tree removal permit for the removal of four (4) specimen trees on property proposed for development as Hunter’s Glen. The property is generally located south of Arrowhead Drive, east of Firewheel Drive and west of Fireside Drive.
WORK SESSION ITEMS 4. Discuss the Town’s tree preservation regulations and provide staff with questions and topics for discussion for January’s ECC meeting.
