Consider recommending to Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council Park Land Dedication and Park Development Fee requirements for the Wellington North residential development generally located east of Auburn Drive and north of Peters Colony Road.
Review and recommendation of individual park projects from the Parks and Trails Master Plan to be incorporated into the Town's Five Year CIP to be funded by the Community Development Corporation.
