CONSENT AGENDA This agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items and may be approved with a single motion. A member of the SMARTGrowth Commission may request an item(s) be withdrawn from the consent agenda and moved to regular agenda for discussion by making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Agenda.
Update and presentation regarding the possible amendments to the Town’s SMARTGrowth Program previously identified by the SMARTGrowth Commission and Town Council focusing on, but not limited solely to, the following topics: Possible modification to the reserve capacity of treated water supply, pumping volume, and wastewater treatment in SMARTGrowth calculations set aside for economic development projects, institutional and civic uses; Possible modification of data tables and calculation worksheets, future updates to said tables and worksheets, and possible use of computer models in lieu of or in conjunction with said tables and worksheets: Process for analysis of large, multi-phase projects and possible methods by which to allow deferral of certain improvements or phasing of development infrastructure for multi-year projects to satisfy SMARTGrowth requirements; and Potential conflict between SMARTGrowth Ordinance and rough proportionality provisions of state law.
