This part of the agenda consists of non-controversial or “housekeeping” items required by law. Items may be removed from Consent by any Commissioner by making such request prior to a motion and vote. 1. Minutes of January 24, 2022: Consider approval of the minutes of the January 24, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Session. 2. RP20-0010 – Lakeside Village Phase I: Consider a request for a Replat (RP20-0010 - Lakeside Village Phase I) to create a non-residential subdivision. The property is generally located south of Lakeside Village Parkway and east of Sunset Boulevard.
