Minutes of July 12, 2021: Consider approval of the minutes of the July 12, 2021, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Session. 2. RP21-0004 – Smith Addition Lot 2R1 & 2R2, Block A: Consider a request for a Replat (RP21-0004 – Smith Addition Lot 2R1 & 2R2, Block A) to create a non-residential subdivision. The property is generally located east of Morriss Road and north of Eaton Street.
