Minutes of August 10, 2020: Consider approval of the minutes of the July 10, 2020, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Session. 2. RC20-0007 – Traditions of Flower Mound: Consider a request for a Record Plat (RC20-0007 – Traditions of Flower Mound) to create a residential subdivision. The property is generally located west of Old Settlers Road and north of Harris Road.
SP20-0009 – 3040 Pavilion (Morriss Commons) Consider a request for a Site Plan (SP20-0009 – 3040 Pavilion (Morriss Commons)) to develop a retail building. The property is generally located west of Morriss Road and north of Flower Mound Road.

Z20-0001 – Fieldcrest Road Residential Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning (Z20-0001 – Fieldcrest Road Residential) from Agricultural District (A) to Single-Family District-10 (SF-10).
