Minutes of June 25, 2018 Consider approval of the minutes of the June 25, 2018, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Session.
2. MPA18-0005 - Johnson-Reddy Property Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for a Master Plan Amendment to remove conditions outlined in Section 4 of Ordinance No. 64-02, and depicted on Exhibit B thereto, which accompanied the change in land use designation. The property is generally located south of Cross Timbers Road and east and west of Auburn Drive. (This item is continued from the June 25, 2018, meeting.) 3. ZPD17-0017 - Johnson-Reddy Property Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning to amend Planned Development District No. 72 (PD-72) by modifying the existing development standards and zoning/master plan exhibit located within Ordinance No. 65-02. The property is generally located south of Cross Timbers Road and east and west of Auburn Drive. (This item is continued from the June 25, 2018, meeting.)
ZPD18-0003 -Goddard School at Orchard Flower Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning to amend Planned Development District No. 120 (PD-120) with Single-Family District-5 (SF-5) and Retail District-2 (R-2) uses, to modify the conceptual plans and elevations for the non-residential portion, modify the development standards, and request certain exceptions and modifications to the Code of Ordinances. The property is generally located at the northwest corner of Flower Mound Road and Old Orchard Lane.
C. CITIZEN'S COMMENTS The purpose of this item is to allow citizens an opportunity to address the Commission on issues that are not the subject of a public hearing.
