RP14-0029 - J.L Allison 2, Lots 20R, 22R & 23R Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for a Replat to create a non-residential subdivision. The property is generally located west of Yucca Drive and south of Cross Timbers Road.
SP14-0037 - Flower Mound United Methodist Church Consider a request for a Site Plan to expand an existing church site. The property is generally located east of Bruton Orand Boulevard and south of Cross Timbers Road. (This item was tabled at the January 12, 2015, meeting.)
SP14-0040 - DFW North Distribution Center Consider a request for a Site Plan to develop an industrial warehouse building, with a waiver to Section 94-63(3) of the Code of Ordinances requiring that each parking space be located within 50 feet of a tree. WORK SESS/ON a. Presentation and discussion regarding the new Flower Mound Board and Commission Input Process, to include an exchange of ideas and discussion on planning and zoning related initiatives for the Town Council to consider for the next fiscal year strategic plan. Discussion may include land use, the proposed FM 2499 land use study (area/corridor plan), land development regulations, architectural standards, Town infrastructure (transportation, water, and wastewater master plans), SMARTGrowth, development processes, growth, and housing.
