DIRECTOR’S REPORT a. Presentation and discussion regarding development activity over the past year (application statistics, major project approvals, and regulation amendments), with particular focus on activity during the past three months.
CITIZEN’S COMMENTS The purpose of this item is to allow citizens an opportunity to address the Commission on issues that are not the subject of a public hearing. Any item requiring a Public Hearing will allow citizens or visitors to speak at the time that item appears on this agenda as indicated as a "Public Hearing."
CONSENT AGENDA This agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items and may be approved with a single motion. A member of the Planning and Zoning Commission may request an item(s) be withdrawn from the consent agenda and moved to regular agenda for discussion by making such request prior to a motion and vote on the Consent Agenda. 1. Minutes of March 22, 2010 Consider approval of the minutes of the March 22, 2010, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Session.
ZPD 01-10 – The Pines at Flower Mound Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning to amend Planned Development District-82 (PD-82) by amending the Comprehensive Sign Package standards contained within Exhibit I of Ordinance 89-04 and to correct the identification of the exhibits listed in Section 2(A) thereof to correspond to the identification of such exhibits as expressed in Sections 2(B) and 3. The property is located at the southwest corner of Flower Mound Road and Gerault Road.
3. MPA 06-09 – Terracina Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request to amend Section 1.0, Land Use Plan, of Master Plan 2001 from Estate Residential to Low Density Residential. The properties are located at 6701 Chinn Chapel Road. 4. ZPD 03-09 – Terracina Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning from Single-Family Estate (SF-E) uses to Planned Development District-111 (PD-111) with Single-Family District-15 (SF-15) uses. The properties are located at 6701 Chinn Chapel Road.
RP 02-10 – Gerault Park Addition Public Hearing to consider a request for a Replat to create a non-residential subdivision. The property is located at 1200 Gerault Road.
MPA 01-10 – Parks and Trails Master Plan Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Master Plan 2001 by deleting existing Section 5.0, Parks and Trails Master Plan, and replacing said section with a new Section 5.0, Parks and Trails Master Plan.
