Quality Workforce And including discussions involving: 9. Town communications, website, notifications, customer service, technology, transparency, engagement, and benchmarking 10. Town finance, tax rate, budget, revenues, expenditures, impact fees, development fees, and facilities 11. Economic development 12. Recycling, and solid waste contract 13. Town infrastructure (transportation, sidewalks/connectivity, lighting, water, wastewater, and drainage) 14.
