CONSENT AGENDA - Consent Items This agenda consists of non-controversial or "housekeeping" items required by law. Minutes 8/20- Consider approval of the minutes from a regular meeting of the Town Council; Town of Flower Mound Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District Special meeting held on August 20, 2018. 2. Purchase - Vehicle- Consider approval of the purchase of one (1) New 2019 Ford F-750 Chassis with Crane Body per Town of Flower Mound Specifications from Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford for the Public Works Department in the amount of $141,514.00. 3. Purchase - Bunker gear- Consider approval of the purchase of thirty sets of bunker gear from NAFECO, Inc. through BuyBoard Purchasing Contract No. 542-17 in the total amount of $76,039.20; and authorization for the Mayor to approve same on behalf of the Town. 4. Law enforcement uniform contract- Consider approval of the purchase of uniforms in the annual estimated amount of $55,800.00 from Galls LLC., through a City of Frisco contract. 5. FM2499 screening wall repairs- Consider approval to award Bid No. 2018-36-B to Hawk Construction, LLC., with reduced quantities, for Screening Wall Repair Services, in the amount of $75,000; and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
REGULAR ITEMS Second Public Hearing tax rate- Public Hearing to consider a tax rate of $0.4390 per $100 assessed valuation.
High Road water line- Consider approval of a Construction Agreement with Atkins Brothers Equipment Co. Inc., for the High Road Water Line Replacement Phase I project, in the amount of $1,073,373.50; and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.

CLOSED MEETING The Town Council to convene into closed meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 551, including, but not limited to, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.074, and 551.087 for consultation with attorney, and to discuss matters relating to real property, personnel, and economic development negotiations, as follows: a. Consultation with Attorney. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the Town Council reserves the right to consult in a closed meeting with its attorney and to receive legal advice regarding any item listed on this agenda. b. Discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property for parks and/or other municipal purposes and all matters incident and related thereto. c. Discuss and consider economic development incentives, including retail centers, corporate relocation/expansion/retention, senior housing, hospitality projects, and performance related to certain incentive agreements. d. Annual Review of Town Manager and Town Secretary. M.
