1. Minutes 12/16/13 - Consider approval of the minutes from a regular meeting of the Town Council; Town of Flower Mound Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District Special meeting; and Crime Control and Prevention District Special meeting held on December 16, 2013. 2. CIP Amendment No. 3 - Consider approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Capital Improvement Program. 3. US 377 Railroad Crossing Agreement - Consider approval of a “New Public Highway At-Grade Crossing Agreement” with Union Pacific Railroad Company and WS-DCF Development, LLC., for the reconstruction, widening, maintenance and use of a railroad crossing located at Stonecrest Road and US 377, and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town. 4. CoServ Line Easement - Consider approval of the dedication of a CoServ Electric Line Easement and Right-of-Way at the Stonehill Pump Station.
5. Crow Holdings 380 Agreement Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider approval of a Chapter 380 Incentive Agreement with CHI Lakeside Ridge, L.P., and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
6. Hilliard Tract – Amendment (MPA 13-0006) Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for a Master Plan Amendment to amend Section 1.0 Land Use Plan (MPA 13-0006 - Hilliard Tract) to change the current land use designation from Low Density Residential and Estate Residential uses to Medium Density Residential uses, and to consider adopting an ordinance providing for said amendment. The property is generally located west of Lake Forest Boulevard, east of Long Prairie Road, and north of Aberdeen Drive. (This item is being heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January 13, 2014.) 7. Hilliard Tract – Rezoning (ZPD 13-0007) Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning (ZPD 13-0007 - Hilliard Tract) from Agricultural District (A) uses to Planned Development District No. 129 (PD- 129) with Single-Family District-10 (SF-10) uses, and to consider adopting an ordinance providing for said amendment. The property is generally located west of Lake Forest Boulevard, east of Long Prairie Road, and north of Aberdeen Drive. (This item is being heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission on January 13, 2014.) 8. Hilliard Tract - Tree Removal Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider an application for a tree removal permit for the removal of three (3) specimen trees on property proposed for development as the Hilliard Tract. The property is generally located west of Lake Forest Boulevard, east of Long Prairie Road, north of Aberdeen Drive. (This item was postponed at the October 1, 2013, meeting of the Environmental Conservation Commission). (The Environmental Conservation Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6 - 0 at its November 5, 2013, meeting).
