ZPD 13-0003 - Canyon Falls Public Hearing Public Hearing to consider a request for rezoning (ZPD 13-0003- Canyon Falls) to amend Planned Development District No. 98 (PD-98) to modify the minimum standards set forth in the Single-Family District-10 (SF-10) zoning district regulations by reducing certain front, side and rear yard setbacks. The property is generally located north of F.M. 1171 between Interstate 35W and U.S. 377.
