Credit Access Businesses - Consider approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 18, “Businesses,” of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, by adding a new Article XI, “Credit Access Businesses,” relative to monitoring credit access businesses in an effort to reduce abusive and predatory lending practices, generally providing for a registration process, establishing certain restrictions on extensions of consumer credit, establishing restrictions on the location of such businesses from other credit access businesses, and establishing recordkeeping requirements.
Regency Park, Phase II - Consider a request for a Development Plan (DP 03-13 - Regency Park, Phase II) to develop a residential subdivision. The property is generally located south of Cross Timbers Road and east of Bruton Orand Boulevard. (The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6 to 0 at its June 10, 2013, meeting.) (This item was postponed at the June 17, 2013, Town Council meeting.)
